Heidi has worked tirelessly to ensure that the largest residency in Alameda Health System (AHS) functions efficiently and with a high degree of quality and success. She consistently goes above and beyond for the residents and faculty while improving and assisting with the operations of the department of medicine. Heidi is quick to help and be someone to lean on in difficult times. While she works in an administrative capacity, her efforts have a direct and meaningful impact on patient care by helping our internal medicine residents provide the highest quality care.

Gloria is invaluable to this hospital and this organization. She does whatever it takes to do right by the patients we care for. This include volunteering her time on Christmas Day to deliver gifts to our patients and driving hours to drop off personal belongings to patients who had their belongings misplaced. She does so much for this hospital simply because it’s the right thing to do. Gloria truly embodies the mission and values of Alameda Health System, but does not seek the credit she so deserves. We appreciate everything she does for our hospital.
